I am a caregiver for my husband of 48 years. He has Dementia along with Sleep Apnea, Diabetes type 2, and Diabetic neuropathy in both feet. Degenerative disc of the spine and OCD. It is not easy taking care of my husband and also doing self-care. However, when you are married as long as I have I have learned you take one day at a time. No one knows what the future holds.
